Our preferred payment method is wire transfer.
Delivery terms are negotiable, typically offering EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP/DDU depending on the specific conditions of the freight forwarder and the destination country's policies.
You will receive bank transfer details on the proforma invoice, requiring a 100% or at least 50% deposit in advance.
You will receive the invoice after receiving the goods at the destination. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Processing time depends on the complexity of the request, but we prioritize errors and immediately send missing items. For example, since we do not have mobile service technicians, we provide remote support, while the service work is entirely your responsibility.
